“Bed Time” – Part 1
There is a basket full of stuffed animals in Isabel’s bedroom. Luckily for us, she hasn’t isn’t interested in them yet, because I can’t even imagine…
“Chicken Phone”
Trying to get any work done with a small child is nearly impossible. Either they want to pound out a dissertation consisting of three letters and some random symbols, their sneaky fingers open eighteen different programs at the same time, or they want to use you as a yoga mat.
“Toto”
I want nothing more than for Isabel to grow into a confident girl. And I would be lying if I haven’t played this exact scene in my mind a few times already. But dammit, she better say her name correctly!
“Car Pee Diem”
I bet the two most common phrases kids utter in the car are, “Are we there yet?” and “I have to go pee.” Luckily for us, neither is a problem…yet. However, I would almost take either over some of the banshee screaming we’ve endured on many car rides. Oh, and germs are everywhere, so wash your hands. Just watch, you’ll understand.
